First American Financial Corporation is an American financial services company which provides title insurance and settlement services to the real estate and mortgage industries.

Richard Kennard worked with First American to develop WinTrack, a comprehensive desktop solution for managing their Title Insurance process. WinTrack was used by hundreds of employees across multiple locations.
